用戶(hù)協(xié)議
特別提醒用戶(hù),使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)必須遵守國(guó)家有關(guān)的政策和法律,如刑法、國(guó)家安全法、保密法、計(jì)算機(jī)信息系統(tǒng)安全保護(hù)條例、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法等,保護(hù)國(guó)家利益,保護(hù)國(guó)家安全,對(duì)于違法使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)而引起的一切責(zé)任,由用戶(hù)負(fù)全部責(zé)任。
1.用戶(hù)不得使用本軟件進(jìn)行違反國(guó)家法律制度的行為；
2.本軟件同大多數(shù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)軟件一樣,易受到各種安全問(wèn)題的困擾,包括但不限于:
1 ) 下載安裝的其它軟件中含有“特洛伊木馬”等病毒,威脅到個(gè)人計(jì)算或手機(jī)上信息和數(shù)據(jù)的安全,從而威脅對(duì)本軟件的使用。
2 ) 瀏覽訪問(wèn)某些惡意網(wǎng)頁(yè)時(shí),導(dǎo)致手機(jī)電腦中毒、受損。
3 ) 由于被下載文件提供者或網(wǎng)絡(luò)原因,導(dǎo)致無(wú)法正常使用。
3.用戶(hù)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)個(gè)人手機(jī)資料的保護(hù)意識(shí),以免對(duì)個(gè)人生活造成不必要的騷擾。
4.盜取他人用戶(hù)號(hào)碼或利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊騷擾他人,均屬于非法行為。用戶(hù)不得采用測(cè)試、欺騙等任何非法手段,盜取其他用戶(hù)號(hào)碼和對(duì)他人進(jìn)行騷擾。
5.請(qǐng)用戶(hù)按照我公司的指定網(wǎng)站或指定方式下載安裝本軟件產(chǎn)品。謹(jǐn)防在非指定網(wǎng)站下載本軟件,以免計(jì)算機(jī)或手機(jī)感染能破壞用戶(hù)計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)和獲取用戶(hù)隱私信息的惡意程序。
6.重視用戶(hù)的隱私保護(hù),保證本軟件產(chǎn)品不含有任何跟蹤、監(jiān)視用戶(hù)計(jì)算機(jī)和或操作行為的功能代碼,不會(huì)監(jiān)控用戶(hù)網(wǎng)上、網(wǎng)下的行為或泄漏用戶(hù)隱私。
7.用戶(hù)不得進(jìn)行有損本公司權(quán)益的行為,用戶(hù)不得實(shí)施如下行為(包括但不限于):刪際本軟件及其他副本上一切關(guān)于版權(quán)的信息；對(duì)本軟件進(jìn)行反向工程,如反匯編、反編譯等; 修改、破壞本軟件原狀;
8.如果用戶(hù)未遵守本協(xié)議的任何一項(xiàng)條款,本公司有權(quán)立即終止本協(xié)議,并保留通過(guò)法律途徑追究責(zé)任的權(quán)利。
9.如果需要進(jìn)行商業(yè)性的銷(xiāo)售、復(fù)制和散發(fā),例如軟件預(yù)裝和捆綁,必須獲得本公司的書(shū)面授權(quán)和許可。
10.使用本軟件用戶(hù)應(yīng)具備本軟件產(chǎn)品運(yùn)行所需的條件,用戶(hù)必須保證有權(quán)使用window/安卓操作系統(tǒng)及Mior osoft IE組件等。在適用法律允許的最大范圍內(nèi),本公司在任何情況下不就用戶(hù)因使用或不能使用本軟件產(chǎn)品所發(fā)生的特殊的、意外的、直接的或間接的侵權(quán)或遭致?lián)p失承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任。即使已事先被告知該損害發(fā)生的可能性。
11.用戶(hù)須明白,使用本軟件產(chǎn)品涉及到Internet服務(wù),可能會(huì)受到各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)不穩(wěn)定因素的影響。因此服務(wù)存在因不可抗力、計(jì)算機(jī)手機(jī)病毒或黑客攻擊、系統(tǒng)不穩(wěn)定、用戶(hù)所在位置、用戶(hù)天機(jī)以及其他任何技術(shù):互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、通信線路原因等造成的服務(wù)中斷或不能滿足用戶(hù)要求的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。用戶(hù)須承擔(dān)以上風(fēng)險(xiǎn),本公司不作擔(dān)保。
12.本公司重視用戶(hù)的隱私保護(hù),保證本軟件產(chǎn)品不含有任何跟蹤、監(jiān)視用戶(hù)計(jì)算機(jī)和或操作行為的功能代碼,不會(huì)監(jiān)控用戶(hù)網(wǎng)上、網(wǎng)下的行為或泄漏用戶(hù)隱私。
13.本公司定義的信息內(nèi)容包括:文字、軟件、數(shù)據(jù)、相片、圖素、在廣告中的全部?jī)?nèi)容;。
14.軟件最終解釋權(quán)歸本公司所有。

8. If the user fails to abide by any of the terms of this agreement, the company has the right to terminate this agreement immediately, and reserves the right to pursue liability through legal channels.

10.
